So much can change in a year. 2019 was a phenomenal year for me/us and 2020 is shaping up to be even more successful. As we transition not only to a new year, it’s also a new decade. How exciting is that?!?!
In the training industry there is even more of an expansion to online training with many more course platforms, but we’re also now seeing gamification integrated into training to make training more fun and interesting. There are some amazing projects showing how training can be even more compelling and interesting through telling stories. I’m looking forward to taking on new projects that are adopting this new approach in technology training.
I really believe that technology training is experiencing a renaissance. This type of training has always been a bit challenging to present, very dry and difficult to maintain training skills in the various skills. But with many new tools including the new Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Whiteboard and other software makes it easier to deliver courses anywhere, any time to any audience. It’s easier than ever to collaborate and co-author content with the new Office 365.
