About Us

Joyelle (Joy) Jolie (formerly Kimberly Mills), has been a dynamic and knowledgeable instructor since she first started her career in 1989 at ComputerLand. Over the past 35+ years, she has taught over 20,000 students in over 100 applications to many of Canada’s top 500 companies in major industries such as pharmaceutical, legal, banking, insurance, manufacturing and many others. Joy has been a highly skilled Microsoft Certified Trainer since 2008 delivering primarily Microsoft Office training in all versions from Introduction to Advanced levels.

Joy also designs and develops customized training programs and resources for clients in most of the popular desktop applications. She brings to the table the most effective training techniques, methodologies and technologies including online live training sessions and video tutorials.
